Pursuit Overview
Pursuit specializes in securing high-grade retail locations for national, regional and local tenants across the country. Target sites are typically corner high traffic, lighted intersections. Pursuit focuses on 1 to 5 acre acquisitions that can be developed for free standing single tenant, multi-tenant centers and/or land dispositions. Through a network of team members that include brokers, engineers and architects, Pursuit has created a well-focused team to meet tenants' store opening goals in several markets.
Since its formation in 2002, Pursuit has developed over 30 retail properties for such national, regional and local retailers in the states of Illinois, Florida and Georgia which include: BB&T Bank, Starbucks, AmSouth/Regions Bank, Walgreens, Chili's, Arby's, 7-Eleven, Mattress Firm, Tijuana Flats, Verizon and Advance Auto.
Mission
Pursuit is focused on acquiring and developing high-grade retail sites for regional and national tenants in various states across the country. Targeted sites are those that would suit users such as gas stations, pharmacies, banks, convenience stores, automotive services and quick service restaurants.
